Michelle Hext, DNP, APRN, CPNP-PC, FNP-C, ENP-C, PMHNP-BC
Board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with multi-specialty practice experience in pediatrics, family, emergency, and psychiatric mental health. Michelle uses her expertise to provide personalized care to each patient she sees. She takes the time to listen to their concerns, understand their unique needs, and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific goals and circumstances. Michelle believes in a holistic approach to mental health care, incorporating medication management, weight management, therapy, diet, and lifestyle changes to help patients achieve optimal well-being. She obtained her undergraduate nursing degree at Lamar University, Master’s degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Psychiatric Mental Health Masters at McNeese State University, Family and Emergency practice degrees and her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degrees at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Michelle is known for her kind and empathetic nature. She has a warm and approachable demeanor that puts patients at ease, and her genuine concern for their well-being is evident in every interaction. Michelle is committed to providing the highest quality care to those who need it, and her dedication to her patients is what sets her apart as a nurse practitioner.
Stacy Marlin MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Stacy earned her bachelor’s degree in community health from Texas A&M University. With a passion to help people live their best life, she continued her education earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. After many years of observing individuals and families trying to cope with stressful life events and not having access to mental health resources, she continued her academic journey at the University of Southern Indiana where she obtained a master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health.
Stacy brings a wealth of experience and empathy to her practice in treating clients of all ages. She has a passion for maternal mental health and specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and ADHD by using a person-centered approach specific to the unique needs of each client. Stacy is dedicated to empowering clients on their journey toward healing and resiliency by blending medication management with psychotherapy to bring clients into holistic wellness. Her goal is to ensure that her clients have a safe space where they feel accepted, comfortable, and able to work through their healing process without any judgment. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, working in her flower beds, and reading.
